The following are instructions for the small quilt that we are making in our co-op.

Begin by putting right sides of the fabric together. Line edges up carefully together and pin in place.

Sew together using 1/4 inch seam allowance. Make sure to keep seam as straight as possible.

Carefully cut the edge of the strip. If you do not have a square to use then just turn the fabric over and use the embroidery sample as your square edge.

Flip the fabric to the back and carefully press the seams toward the darker fabric.

Repeat the process on the opposite side.

Trim and press the other side.

Use the same process to line up your strip on the top and bottom.

Sew, trim, and press.
