Breakfast Casserole- Recipe Monday

Mrs. C's Breakfast Casserole

7 eggs beaten
2 cups of milk
1 cup grated cheese
6 slices of white bread, cubed and no crusts
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 dab mustard
1 pound sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

This was made for my family by Mrs. C after the death of my father and is a wonderful comfort food. It would be great for a breakfast for overnight guests or a brunch.
